Ridiculous prices for lackluster coverage

In response to Cable America’s rate increase I am submitting the following response:

As America’s worst Internet provider it takes a great amount of “cajones” to suddenly decide to raise prices.

Since I have been a Cable America customer I have experienced so many Internet outages that I have often considered switching to a different provider.

Since you are so ready to increase prices, how about issuing some credit vouchers for all the outages your customers have experienced, sometimes for days on end.

How about delivering what you are charging your customers for, instead of letting your greed override your performance.
